My wife and I have recently retired and had spare cash for some home renovations. We called out a few local builders who had come with strong recommendations and they both gave us a quote however they could not start the work for 6 months. Purely by chance at the same time we received a letter through the post from Shane to say he had seen on Sefton Planning site we had put in for permission to have an extension, new front door and balcony and if we required a free quote to get in touch. Given the amount we were spending and potential delays from local builders it felt sensible to get a further quote even though we had never met or heard of Shane. Now for the good news Shane and his team were so courteous and professional in numerous things such as their manner and communication in how they dealt with us as a customer.
